is a branch of Gateway Bank, FSB, but their roots are in the real estate business. Therefore we understand

transparent, easy to understand process in timely manner. Our lending professionals are compensated
based on how well we serve you throughout the lending process - based on a post-closing survey you
complete - not on how many or what type of loans we close.
